A Little About Me "The word of the Lord stands forever.” (1 Peter 1:25) Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ! I am a Lutheran pastor who, by the grace of
God, currently serves the Devon, Galata, and My wife, Jen, and I are very happily married, having been wedded
in I received my education at Mt. San Antonio College, St. Olaf College,
and Trinity Lutheran Seminary.
While in seminary, I completed a year of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) at Oregon State Hospital in In addition to ministry to the three congregations, both on Sunday
mornings and during the week, I am also involved in outreach to the
communities of Shelby
and Chester, through the Ministerial Associations of
both those communities. I am
enthusiastic and passionate about mission, reaching out to the wider
community, and encouraging and empowering others to do the same. To this end, I hold Bible studies,
worship services, Communion services, and classes at the Crossroads Correctional Facility, Liberty County Nursing
Home, Marias Care Center, and Marias Heritage Center. (In my previous parish, I gained experience
with preaching on the radio as well.)
Additionally, I serve as the Chair of the Golden Triangle Cluster of
the Montana
Synod and Secretary of the Liberty County Ministerial
Association. I also serve as a
volunteer camp pastor at Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp, and am active in
the work of the Synod in many other ways. For additional community involvement, I am currently affiliated
with Boy Scout Troop 555 in Want to know anything else about me? Feel free to drop me an email. God bless you and thank you for stopping
